Arsenal team is closely monitoring the situation of Munich's Bayern winger Leroy Sane at the club.

The 28-year-old German could become a free agent this coming summer, as he has not yet extended his contract with the multiple-time German champions.

According to Sky Sports Germany, the Gunners' coach Mikel Arteta would like to take advantage of the good relationship with the player that has persisted since their time at Man City, luring him to the English capital.

However, L. Sane would not oppose staying at Bayern, but he will still have to wait for the final word from the management.

In the last Bundesliga season, he scored 8 goals and provided 11 assists in 27 matches.
