The winner of the King's Cup of Spain club for one million euros (about 3.5 million litas) purchased defender Agustin Aranzabal from San Sebastian.
The 31-year-old defender ended a 13-year relationship with Real Sociedad. Although the player's contract was still valid for several years, Aranzabal took advantage of a clause in the contract that allows him to leave the club for one million euros.
Aranzabal, who has represented the Spanish national team 27 times, is the son of the famous Spanish footballer Jose Agustino Aranzabalo, who became a Spanish champion with Real in 1980-81.
