Endrick: 'Sir Bobby Charlton was my childhood idol'

Madrid's "Real" wonderkid Endrick once again made headlines with a quote that garnered a lot of attention.

The 18-year-old Brazilian revealed his childhood idols on the "New Balance" show.

"My childhood idols were Cristiano Ronaldo and Sir Bobby Charlton," said the "Real" newcomer.

Endrick was born only in 2006, so there were many doubts about his quote. His father wasn't even born when the legendary Bobby Charlton began his career.

During the presentation at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium, the forward also mentioned Emilio Butragueño's name – another former "Real" player. He also played before Endrick's birth.
