“Manchester United” club will sign a new contract with team captain Bruno Fernandes in the near future.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the 29-year-old Portuguese has reached an agreement on a new contract that will run until the summer of 2027, with the possibility of extending it for another season.

The player's current contract is valid for one year less.

All formalities are expected to be completed soon, and B. Fernandes will sign the new contract by the end of the summer.
