As reported by "relevo”, "Real Sociedad” defensive midfielder Martin Zubimendi has decided to decline the offer from the "Liverpool” team.

The situation was already practically agreed upon with the "Real Sociedad” club, which was set to receive a buyout from "Liverpool”. At the decisive moment, the European champion decided to stay with his hometown club.

The Merseyside club would have paid 60 million euros for the Spaniard.
