Fight for the Conference League: 'Panevėžys' – TNS (live broadcast)

At 19:30 in Vilnius, at the LFF Stadium, "Panevėžys" will play their first Conference League qualifying match against "The New Saints" (TNS).

The Lithuanian champions aim to reach the group stage of the Conference League, where 36 teams will participate.

No Welsh team has ever played in European group stages, making this a historic opportunity for TNS.

Before the match, "Panevėžys" coach Stijnas Vrvenas said: "We see who could be the opponents there - 'Chelsea', 'Fiorentina', we are talking about big clubs, so it would be fantastic to achieve that. We are looking forward to two tough matches against an opponent from Wales. We know they play every time with full desire, with big hearts, and they can also play football. It won't be easy, but nothing is impossible; it all depends on us, we have to focus on ourselves, play two perfect matches with and without the ball. As a coach, I look forward to such matches, proving why we work hard to achieve such goals. I am also excited to be in Thursday's match. We have confidence that we can advance to the next stage."
