The London "Chelsea" is eyeing Napoli's representative Victor Osimhen in their search for an attacking reinforcement.
However, as soon as negotiations began, the English were unpleasantly surprised by the athlete's demands.
The footballer requested a weekly salary of £500,000.
According to journalist Matt Hughes, this amount is too high even for the wealthy "Blues" club, and now "Chelsea" has turned its attention to other candidates.
Cheaper options include Federico Chiesa from Turin's "Juventus" and Liverpool's "Everton" player Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
