M. Maignan should extend his contract with the Milan club

The "Milan" team is a step away from signing a new contract with goalkeeper Mike Maignan.

According to "Corriere dello Sport," both sides are engaged in successful negotiations that may soon culminate in signed agreements.

The forthcoming agreement would guarantee the player an annual salary of 5 million euros, and with possible bonuses, this amount could rise to 7 million euros.

The contract would be valid until mid-2028.

M. Maignan has been playing in Milan since 2021, when he was acquired from the "Lille" team for 15 million euros.
