Erik ten Hag's chair at the "Manchester United" club is increasingly heating up.
On Thursday, the "Red Devils" squandered a two-goal lead in their UEFA Europa League match away against "Porto" and only salvaged a draw at the end of the match.
Despite another dismal performance, E. ten Hag insisted that his team should not be judged now, but at the end of the season.
"We are in a process, give us time. Judge us not now, but at the end of the season," E. ten Hag told TNS.
The Dutchman once again decided to substitute Marcus Rashford after halftime, who was one of the most active players for the visitors in the first 45 minutes. As E. ten Hag explained himself, he was not satisfied with the Englishman's defensive work and wanted to save him for the upcoming matches.
"We had problems on the left side of defense, and Rashford was part of that. However, the main reason for the substitution was that I wanted to give Alejandro Garnacho some time on the pitch. I certainly have nothing against Rashford," added the "Man Utd" strategist.
