Erik ten Hag probably did the bare minimum to secure another month at the helm of Manchester United.

The Dutch-managed Manchester United team played to a 0-0 draw against Aston Villa.

Despite the lack of goals, the match was certainly not boring. Marcus Rashford had at least two good chances to score, and Bruno Fernandes hit the woodwork. Aston Villa also had their opportunities.

The Villa team, which earned a point, remains in 5th place, while Manchester United is in fourteenth.
