"Manchester City" will see changes in the role of sports director.

As reported by football journalist Fabrizio Romano, Txiki Begiristain will leave "Manchester City" in 2025.

The 60-year-old Spaniard has been with the "Citizens" since 2012.

Romano also stated that Begiristain had made this decision some time ago. His departure is not new to the staff of "Manchester City."

Txiki Begiristain will take some time off and then return to work.

In his place, Hugo Viana, the sports director of Lisbon's "Sporting," is likely to arrive.
