PSV Eindhoven club's defender Sergino Dest recalled the not-so-great time with Xavi at "Barcelona" for the portal "Sport":

"Xavi was not open with me.

In the summer, before I was going on vacation, he told me: I trust you, don’t listen to the media... Meanwhile, when I returned from vacation, Xavi told me: Alright, you have to leave.”

Sergino Dest was part of the "Barcelona" club from 2020 to 2024, playing 72 matches for the Catalans and scoring 3 goals.
