In the 35th round of the "TOPsport A League," a match took place in Raudondvaris between Hegelmann from Kaunas district and Sūduva from Marijampolė. The players of Andrius Skerla started the match well, maintained their lead, and after a victory with a score of 2:1 (2:1), secured silver medals.

As soon as the duel began, Hegelmann started scoring goals - Matas Vareika broke into the penalty area and passed the ball to Michael Thuique, whose powerful shot was accurate. Just a couple of minutes later, Domantas Antanavičius made an impressive strike from a distance - Giedrius Zenkevičius could not stop the very strong and precise attempt.

As the first half was coming to an end, Artiomas Fiodorovas took a free kick, and after Arijus Bražinskas saved it, he could not defend against Rokas Filipavičius, who scored in the 38th minute following a pass from Nikolajus Solodovnikov.

In the 67th minute, Denisas Bošnjakas made a mistake in his own half, but Sūduva could not take advantage of the error. A little later, G. Zenkevičius had to work hard - the goalkeeper saved a dangerous shot from M. Thuique in the air and also stopped M. Vareika’s attempt, which was further complicated by a deflection. Just moments later, Motiejus Burba responded with a dangerous shot, but the ball flew over the goal. Already in stoppage time, Igoris Maksimovičius shot completely beside the goalposts.

After the matches of the 35th round of the "TOPsport A League," Hegelmann fought for the historic silver medals for the club, while Sūduva, at least for now, ranks in 9th place with 36 points in their account.
