Real Madrid experienced yet another defeat in the Champions League. With only 6 points after 5 rounds, the Real team lost 0:2 away to Liverpool.
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti looked for positives after the match: "We performed well in the first half, we defended as a team. The transition from defense to attack was good, but we made incorrect decisions in the final third.”
"We had a chance to score a penalty... we fought well, we will improve.”
The Italian also spoke about Kylian Mbappe, who continues to struggle. He was lackluster in this match and missed a penalty in the 58th minute, hitting it into Caiomhin Kelleher.
"Everyone is very supportive of Kylian Mbappe. He will recover from this difficult phase soon,” C. Ancelotti stated.
