W. Singo apologized to G. Donnarumma

Little known to football fans, Monaco defender Wilfried Singo quickly became famous all over the world.

Unfortunately, not for the right reasons.

In a match yesterday in Ligue 1, he accidentally hit PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma in the head with a kiss, resulting in serious injuries that prevented the Italian from continuing the match.

Having avoided a referee's penalty, W. Singo expressed remorse after the match:

"I wanted to apologize to G. Donnarumma; I did not intend to injure him deliberately."
