M. Arteta: 'B. Saka will not play for at least a couple of months' © AP

The London club "Arsenal" defeated "Ipswich Town" in the English Premier League with a score of 1:0.

After the match, the "Gunners'" head coach Mikel Arteta revealed that Bukayo Saka will be sidelined for several months and praised Myles Lewis-Skelly's excellent performance:

"B. Saka is undergoing surgery, so he will be out for many, many weeks... Probably even more than a couple of months."

"Right now, it depends on how the scar tissue starts healing and his mobility. It’s clear that the Englishman is out for a long time.”

"We will see if we acquire new players in January. I hope we won’t have any more injuries.”

"We will have Raheem Sterling for less time than we expected, so that is good news.”

"M. Lewis-Skelly’s character is special, considering his age and maturity. His quality of play fits our style.”

Theory is one thing, but competing at this level is something completely different. Congratulations to him.”

Bukayo Saka has scored 9 goals and provided 13 assists in 24 matches this season.
