Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Neymar is returning, at least for a short time, to his childhood club "Santos".
The Brazilian football legend will sign a short-term, six-month contract for now. This was announced by F. Romano, while the Brazilian newspaper "UOL" revealed interesting details about the short-term contract.
According to "UOL", Neymar will earn about 163,000 euros per month at "Santos" club. This is likely about nine times less than what he earned at "Al Hilal", where he spent 1.5 years.
However, the fixed salary is not everything the 32-year-old Brazilian will receive. He has also agreed to receive 90 percent of the amount that "Santos" club earns from various marketing activities and merchandise sales related to the Brazilian's brand. The total earnings could increase.
Neymar has already recovered from all his injuries. He is expected to help the "Santos" club return to the top division of Brazilian football.
