Champions League Draw: 'Real' and 'Man City' Face Off in the First Knockout Stage

On Friday, the Champions League teams learned their opponents in the first knockout stage.

Real Madrid will face Manchester City in the battle for a spot in the quarter-finals. One of the tournament favorites will be eliminated earlier than expected.

FC Bayern Munich will have an easier opponent – they will battle Celtic.

The knockout stage could not avoid a clash of association teams – PSG will try to withstand the challenge from Brest.

The first knockout stage, consisting of two matches, will start on February 11. After this stage, the quarter-final draw will take place, featuring 8 of this season's Champions League teams.
