Fraudsters attempt to exploit the name of C. Ronaldo

It has been reported that in Portugal, there are attempts to defraud gullible people using the image of the football legend.

C. Ronaldo was placed in a layout created by fraudsters, which also features the name of the newspaper "Diario de Noticias" at the top.

The advertisement circulating on social media encourages registration on the scammer's website for a chance to win 21 thousand euros.

The editorial office of the newspaper has reported that they have already contacted law enforcement to initiate a hunt for the fraudsters and to ban advertisements that harm their reputation.
