Spanish champion is negotiating with Dutch national team defender Michael Reiziger. This was confirmed by the player himself.
On Wednesday rumors spread that "Valencia" is interested in this 31-year-old player and yesterday Reiziger confirmed that "Valencia" offered him a contract.
The player is interested in the club, but it seems that in the struggle for the former player, UEFA Cup winner "Valencia" has a clear advantage.
"English clubs invited me and I promised to go there, but the offer from "Valencia" is very tempting," Reiziger said.
Recently, "Barcelona" released Reiziger along with other Dutch players: Kluivert, Overmars, and Cocu. Reiziger expressed his disappointment: "They [Barca] decided that my time at the club was over and I am very sad about it, as "Barcelona" will soon achieve great victories."
