"AC Milan” journey in this season's Champions League – is over.

In the first knockout stage, the multiple-time Italian champions fell to the "Feyenoord” team. In the second match, they failed to secure a victory (1:1), and thus the series ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the Dutch.

Already in the first minute of the match at the "San Siro” stadium, former "Feyenoord” striker Santiago Gimenez scored the third goal for the "AC Milan” team. He equalized the series score.

In the 51st minute, Theo Hernandez was penalized with a second yellow card for simulation, leaving the "Rossoneri” at a disadvantage.

In the 73rd minute, Julian Cerranza equalized the match score and turned the series score in favor of "Feyenoord.”

During the remaining time, "AC Milan” tried to throw forwards onto the pitch, but that did not significantly change the situation. "Feyenoord” held firm and celebrated a special victory in the legendary stadium.
