Portugal and team forward Ricardas Quaresma declared that if Frank Rijkaard continues to lead "Barcelona", he will leave the club.
Quaresma joined the Catalan team just last year from Lisbon, but he was controversially valued within the team. Earlier, the Spanish press reported that "Barcelona" coach, Dutchman Frank Rijkaard, publicly accused his player of unprofessional behavior. Portuguese Quaresma recently told a newspaper that the coach is ignoring him and Rijkaard was very dissatisfied with that.
Now the forward threatens not to return to the club. "If Rijkaard leaves and the new coach who comes talks to me and gains my trust, then I will return," Quaresma says. "If he stays, I won't return. Rijkaard and I just don't understand each other."
