England's national team fans gaze into the future with hope.

With several stars in its ranks, the "Three Lions" team, coached by new manager Thomas Tuchel, plans to make a splash at the 2026 World Cup.

As reported by "Sportbible," these hopes were further fueled by a simulation conducted in the game "Football Manager."

The coach, using a chosen tactical formation of 4–2–3–1, marched all the way to the tournament final, where they faced a revived Italian squad.

The English managed to take revenge on the "Blues" after an 11-meter penalty shootout for a similar defeat in the 2020 European Championship.

On their way to the final, England crushed Suriname 8–1 in the group stage, defeated Mexico 2–0, and demolished Chile 6–0.

In the Round of 16, they overcame Spain 1–0, in the quarter-finals they won against Ivory Coast 3–1, and in the semi-finals, they triumphed over France after a penalty shootout, winning 1–0 against Uruguay.
