After Madrid's "Real" team failed to defend their Champions League title, discussions about impending changes in the team from the Spanish capital continue.

As reported by "Bild," the executives of Bayer Leverkusen are not very hopeful that they will be able to keep coach Xabi Alonso in Germany for another season, as he is being tempted to become Carlo Ancelotti's successor.

The Bundesliga club has already set a specific buyout amount that "Real" will have to pay for the promising strategist.

According to the press, "Bayer" would like to receive 10 million euros.

At the same time, "Real" would also have to pay 10–20 million euros to C. Ancelotti for terminating his contract.

Both X. Alonso and the Italian's contracts with their current teams are valid until next summer.
