On Sunday, the Liverpool club secured the title of the English Premier League.

A. Slot became the seventh manager in Premier League history to win a trophy in their very first season.

After the historic triumph, A. Slot did not hide the fact that he believed throughout the season that his team could achieve the Premier League title.

"We have been at the top of the Premier League all season. You understand well how difficult this league is. Throughout the season, we believed that we could win the title.

It’s hard to put this feeling into words. I always felt how important this title is to the fans. Today, we simply had no chance to lose the title,” A. Slot said while talking to Sky Sports.
