Last season, Pamplona, who finished 12th place, managed to attract Vigo's striker Savo Milošević from the Spanish top league ("La Liga").
The Serbian and Montenegrin striker is expected to represent the Pamplona team next year, if his application to work in Spain is approved.
Thirty-year-old Milošević will be representing his seventh club during his 12-year professional career. After debuting with Belgrade's "Partizan" in 1992, he then played for Birmingham's "Aston Villa", "Parma", "Zaragoza", Barcelona's "Espanyol" and Vigo's "Celta".
"Osasuna" has reached an agreement with the player for a three-year contract, and the work permit now seems to be just a formality.
Despite "Celta" relegating from the top Spanish division last season, Milošević performed quite well, scoring 14 goals in 37 matches.
