The Dutch national team and AC Milan defender Andis van der Meyde has refused to play in the Champions League qualifying match against the team.
The official version is that the footballer will not play due to technical obstacles, but it seems more likely that he does not want to represent "nerazzurri" in the Champions League due to a possible transfer.
It is no secret that van der Meyde wants to return to the Netherlands and play for the Amsterdam team. Having played at least one Champions League match in the "Inter" squad, the Dutchman would no longer be able to play in any European club tournament matches wearing "Ajax" shirts this season.
