The club has acquired two more players. Sweden's national team forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic will move from the club to Italy, and Italy's national team captain Fabio Cannavaro will also join.

It is reported that Z.Ibrahimovic will cost the Italians 19 million pounds. The 22-year-old player will most likely sign a four-year contract. In the last season, the forward scored 13 goals in 16 matches. He also represented the Swedish national team in the European Championship, where he scored 2 goals, one of them against the Italian national team.

The forward showcased his talent during a friendly match against "NAC Breda". In that match, he bypassed 5 defenders and the goalkeeper to score a goal. "Ajax" won that match 6-2.

However, Z.Ibrahimovic stirred up several conflicts within the "Ajax" club. One of them happened during a friendly match between the Swedish and Dutch national teams earlier this month. Z.Ibrahimovic harshly tackled opponents and injured his teammate Rafael Van der Vaart.

The arrival of defender F.Cannavaro at "Juventus" was not a surprise. The 30-year-old defender signed a three-year contract with the "Old Lady". "Inter" had planned this transfer since the beginning of the summer and acquired two defenders to replace him - S.Mihajlovic and N.Burdisso.

F.Cannavaro made his debut in Serie A with Juventus. Later, he moved to Inter from , where he had transferred from for 23 million euros 2 years ago. The latter club will receive goalkeeper Fabian Carini in exchange for the player from Juventus.
