Today's matches saw several major surprises - Austria held a 2-2 draw with England, European champions Greece were defeated by Albania, France couldn't beat Israel at home, Russia beat Slovakia, and Turkey defeated Georgia's representatives.
Sensational result in Albania - the Albanian team defeated the European champions Greece by a narrow margin. Our neighbors Estonia achieved a record result by crushing Luxembourg 4-0, while Latvia had to acknowledge Portugal's superiority.
Several matches ended with crushing results. The Swedish national team defeated Malta 7-0 away, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic scoring 4 goals for the guests. Switzerland didn't spare the representatives of the Faroe Islands at home, beating them 6-0.
