Another opportunity to catch up with opponents was missed by the underdog "Sūduva", who took the lead with a goal from C. Sagnol away against "Šilutė", but the scenario of the first round repeated itself, and the team from Šilutė equalized the result at the end of the match.
In the battle for second place, "Atlantas" and "Ekranas" are equal, having respectively defeated "Vilnius" and "Vėtra" earning their 37th points. Meanwhile, the league leader "Kaunas" under the leadership of the new coach V. Ivanauskas, crushed Vilnius "Žalgiris" at home.
