Over the weekend, 10 matches of the 13th round of the French "Ligue 1" championship were played, after which the leaders "Lyon" and "Lille" further increased their lead from the pursuers by securing victories.
"Lyon" defeated "Lens" away after an own goal in the second half. After this victory, "Lyon" continues to lead the championship with 29 points.
The players of "Lille" are not falling behind the leaders, defeating "Istres" 2-0 in this round and sitting in second place with 28 points.
The team that has struggled so far but is considered one of the leaders before the start of the championship, the Paris-based "P.S.G" club, achieved a very important victory this round. The Parisians managed to beat another elite French team, "Marseille", 2-1 at home, even though they had to play with ten men from the 19th minute - they received a red card.
