Munich strategist Louis van Gaal urges his players to boycott the international friendly match between the national teams of Germany and Denmark scheduled for next month.
According to the Dutchman, the match is scheduled at an inappropriate time, as Bayern Munich has already started preparations for the new season without key players who represented their national teams.
Even eight players, defending the honor of the German national team, will only join the Munich team on August 2nd, and on August 11th they would have a match against the Danes.
The same applies to the Dutchmen Arjen Robben, Mark van Bommel, and Edson Braafheid, who will have to play against Ukraine, while the Frenchman Franck Ribery and the Argentine Martin Demichelis will start their preparation for the season few days earlier.
