The young "Barcelona" midfielder Andrés Iniesta signed a new contract under which he will play for the Catalan club until 2010. If other clubs wanted to buy this player, they would have to pay sixty million euros.
"I always wanted to stay here and the club has shown that they trust me. I am very happy and ready to continue working and improving," Andrés expressed his joy.
The Spanish youth national team player joined the team at the age of just twelve. He played his first match with the reserves in 2001, and a year later he made his debut for the main team.
