The application of goal-line technology in football will not be discussed this week at the meeting of the International Football Association Board (IFAB) taking place in Wales, where they will be deciding on rule changes.
Following scandals during the World Cup due to incorrect referee decisions, FIFA President Sepp Blatter promised that this issue would be discussed.
However, in a press release, it is stated that the discussion will only be about the expansion of the idea of having two additional assistant referees.
