According to the press, Schalke's defender Heiko Westermann should soon join the club.
The 26-year-old footballer is expected to officially become a member of the Hamburg team in the coming days. The transfer fee is estimated to be around 6 million euros.
Although Schalke coach Felix Magath wanted to keep the defender in the team, Westermann wanted more playing time, while the coach could not offer him that in the upcoming season.
