London agreed to sell forward Eduardo to Shakhtar club for 7 million euros.
The 27-year-old football player arrived in England from Zagreb's Dinamo for almost 10 million euros in 2007, but spent more than 12 months recovering from injury and later could not establish himself in the main lineup.
With the new team, Eduardo will sign a four-year contract.
Last season in the English Premier League, the Croatian striker played 24 matches, but only scored 2 goals.
