Thierry Henry already scored a goal in the first match wearing the New York Red Bulls jersey, but it wasn't enough to secure a victory in the friendly match against London's Tottenham.
The 32-year-old Frenchman scored after a pass from Joel Lindpere from the flank.
Nevertheless, Robbie Keane later equalized the result, and the winning goal for the English team was scored by Gareth Bale.
"There will be more goals," Henry said confidently. "I felt welcomed here - every time I touched the ball, the fans cheered."
