Today, eight matches of the 14th round of the English Premier League were played. Neither of the two league leaders managed to secure victories at home. London's Arsenal failed to beat the bottom-of-the-table W.B.A club, while Chelsea played a draw with Bolton.

Reducing the gap from the leaders, Everton defeated Fulham at home. Meanwhile, Middlesbrough, who are in fourth place in the table, forced Liverpool to surrender. In this match, even five yellow cards were shown.

Manchester United, going through not very easy times, thanks to R.Giggs and P.Scholes, defeated Charlton 2-0. And the former absolute bottom club of the league, Norwich, forced Southampton to surrender.
