As expected, the team leaders officially confirmed that the new coach of the team is 46-year-old Welshman Mark Hughes.
The former "Man City" strategist signed a two-year contract with the London club.
According to reports, the specialist is interested in the possibility of luring several of his former team's players - forwards Craig Bellamy and Roque Santa Cruz, and midfielder Stephen Ireland - to the "Fulham" team.
Hughes will replace Roy Hodgson, who accepted an offer from the "Liverpool" club.
