Official: Veloso moves to "Genoa"

The Italian club officially announced that they have acquired midfielder Miguel Veloso from the Lisbon team.

For the 24-year-old footballer, Genoa paid 7 million euros to the Portuguese team and included midfielder Alberto Zapater in the deal.

Veloso had also attracted the attention of Italian giants Juventus and Inter Milan for some time.
