Club defender Bruno Alves will play for the team from next season, announces the website of the Portuguese team.
For the 28-year-old footballer, who still has to pass a medical examination, the "Liga Sagres" championship team will receive 22 million pounds sterling.
The conditions of the contract are not disclosed.
Alves becomes the third recent acquisition of the team from the city of Saint Petersburg - before him, the club was reinforced by Kazan's "Rubin" striker Aleksandr Bukharov and "Udinese" defender Aleksandr Lukovic.
