According to the Italian press, the champion of the country, Milan club, rejected Madrid's offer for defender Maicon.
It is reported that Real's team leaders offered 26 million euros, which is two million more than the amount offered by the Spanish team before.
However, Inter leaders are not willing to give in and insist that they would release the Brazilian for around 30 million euros.
Maicon's agent, Antonio Caliendo, has previously stated that it would not be difficult for the player himself to reach an agreement with Real regarding personal contract terms, but everything depends on whether the clubs will reach a mutual agreement.
