London club coach Arsene Wenger insists that he will make a decision about his future in the near future.
The 61-year-old specialist's contract with Arsenal is valid for another year. Although team leaders want to extend the contract as soon as possible, the strategist claims that he wants time to decide.
A. Wenger has previously stated that he plans to work as a coach until he turns 65.
"I am at a stage where, by extending the contract with Arsenal, it will become clear that I will finish my career there," said the coach. "This is a decision I will have to make. Essentially, I do not want to leave London. I have a contract valid for one more year, maybe I will start negotiations soon to extend it."
