Ooijeris moves to "Ajax"

The free agent Andre Ooijer has signed a one-year contract with the Amsterdam club.

The 36-year-old veteran, who played for "Ajax" until 1994, represented Eindhoven's "PSV" team last season.

"Of course, I am happy to return," said the Dutchman. "I started my career here, it's nice to return to 'Ajax', this club is very close to my heart."
