London team defender Philippe Senderos suffered a serious Achilles tendon injury during training, reports the English press.
According to them, the 25-year-old Swiss player's injury is serious enough that he will have to undergo surgery, and he could return to the lineup in about five months.
Because the same injury was experienced by LA Galaxy and England national team defender David Beckham, who missed the World Cup and will return to the lineup in September after about half a year break.
