England national team manager Fabio Capello stated that there will be no place for David Beckham in his team in the future.
According to the specialist, the national team will focus on young footballers, so the 35-year-old veteran will have to retire.
Asked whether Beckham is in his plans, Capello said: "No, changes are needed. David is a great footballer, but we need new players for the future."
However, the Italian added that the midfielder will be allowed to play a farewell match: "If he is physically ready, I hope he can say goodbye to the fans at Wembley Stadium by playing his last match."
