Manchester City's goalkeeper Ederson will miss approximately two months due to a calf injury.

The 24-year-old Brazilian suffered the injury while representing his national team in a friendly match against the United States.

"It's fate," said the goalkeeper. "For five years I haven't had any serious injuries, but now I've experienced it during a friendly match."
