Leaders rejected the possibility of selling one of the team's leaders Eljero Elia.
The 23-year-old Dutch national football player was of interest to teams like Turin's Juventus and Wolfsburg, but at least until winter he will remain in Hamburg.
"Elia is staying with us, I will not let him go," said head coach Armin Veh.
Hamburg also announced that they have not received any official offers.
