The 37-year-old Australian has previously stated that he wants to move to London, but according to Fulham coach Mark Hughes, the Gunners must submit a specific offer.
"Mark has expressed a desire to move elsewhere," said M. Hughes. "Everything is fine, we understand his desire, but Arsenal has not made a specific offer since May, so everything remains unclear."
