The club has acquired "Middlesbrough" goalkeeper Brad Jones for almost 3 million euros.
The 28-year-old footballer, who will put his signature on a three-year contract, has already passed a medical examination, but all formalities will be sorted out on Tuesday.
In Liverpool, Jones will serve as a backup to the main goalkeeper Pepe Reina. His arrival has sparked rumors that Diego Cavalieri, who has been in the shadow of Reina until now, will leave the team.
